Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number, delivery date and a brief description. Photos of the flowers and packaging help us understand what happened.

Damaged flowers or an incorrect order

We’ll review the details with you and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending any flowers back.

Changes & cancellations

Let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether a change is possible depends on whether preparation or delivery has already begun.

Seasonal flowers

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so individual stems, shades and stages of bloom can vary. If you have a concern about your arrangement, we’re here to help.
